Very poor customer service. Completely inflexible, customer service just follow a rigid set of rules with no flexibility. Rude staff. I switched to Bell and they are much better! Freedom was also great for customer service, unfortunately they didn't have coverage where I moved to The TV connection goes out every day, the internet that I was told would be equivalent to Shaw high speed which it is SO NOT repeatedly shows as unstable and friends who phone me say that they sometimes don't get a "ring" and no connection to my phone.

Almost beat up a telus installer

While the customer service people are trained to be very polite, this company is a disaster. I am locked in for two years, but may consider paying out the contract as all of Telus services are so unreliable. I've spent hours on the phone and had house visits with no remedy. I have been a Telus customer for 30 years and for the last 5 years pay monthly paper billing charges as my choice of a way of getting billed. Telus is just capitalizing on a terrible time that the world is in. Removing paper billing is not reducing contact it is reducing working people jobs, there will be no more bills to be delivered. I was I could go on for another week about this company, but I am going to sum it up, stay as far away from this company as you can and if you're a customer cancel and find another The person who answered the phone was pathetic, i was on the line for an hour for him to figure out the cost and then he said that i will have to wait 3 weeks for them to come and Shame on your company for running such a sham and you've lost a loyal customer.
